How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling or emailing our clinic during business hours, using the Contact Us page on the clinic’s website, or visiting the clinic in person. For urgent appointments, we recommend calling directly.
Do you offer telemedicine appointments?
Yes, we offer telemedicine appointments for certain conditions and follow-up visits. Please contact the clinic to see if your healthcare needs can be met through a virtual consultation.

What should I do if I need a prescription refill or a sick note?
For repeat prescriptions, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. All patients on long-term medication are required to have a consultation with the doctor at least once every three months to continue receiving their medication.
If you need a sick note, you must inform us within 24 hours of your illness. Please note that we do not issue backdated sick notes. In some cases, you may need to see the doctor before a sick note can be issued. If you have requested a sick note more than three times in a rolling year or if more than three months have passed since your last consultation, you must schedule an appointment before we can issue a new sick note.
There is a £10 fee per prescription or sick note, which must be paid upon collection. If you prefer to have them emailed, payment must be made before they can be sent.
Are walk-in appointments available?
We do accept walk-in appointments, but availability may be limited depending on the day and time. For the best chance of being seen promptly, we recommend calling ahead or scheduling an appointment in advance.
What should I do if I’m running late for my appointment?
If you’re running late, please call our clinic as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your appointment time may need to be adjusted or rescheduled depending on the delay.
